Cancellation policy

Mail Club is a rolling subscription. There is no minimum term and you can cancel at any time.

Monthly members are charged on the 15th of each month. That charge pays for the envelope posted in the first week of the following month. Annual members pay once for twelve envelopes.

You have 14 days from the day your first envelope arrives to change your mind. Tell us inside that window and we refund everything you have paid, including postage. There is nothing to send back.

After those first 14 days, cancelling stops all future charges. Monthly members keep the envelope they have already paid for and are not charged again. Annual members are refunded for the envelopes not yet sent, at the monthly rate for their region, rounded down to whole months.

To cancel, sign in to your account at bungumail.club and open your subscription, or email info@bungumail.club and we will do it for you within one business day. Cancel before the 15th and you will not be charged for the next envelope. You can also pause for a month the same way.

If you move, tell us before the 20th of the month for the change to reach the next envelope. We write every address by hand, so a change after the 20th catches the one after.

If a payment fails we retry over the following days and email you. If it still fails your subscription pauses rather than cancels, and you can restart it whenever you like.

If we ever change the price or what is included, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not want the new terms, cancel before they start.
