Refund policy

Mail Club is a subscription to something we print and post each month, so there is usually nothing to return. Here is what we do instead.

Within 14 days of your first envelope arriving, you can cancel for a full refund of everything you have paid, including postage. This applies wherever you live. There is nothing to send back.

If your envelope arrives damaged, send a photo to info@bungumail.club and we will replace it.

If an envelope never arrives, tell us 30 days after it was posted and we will send a replacement once, free.

If you cancel an annual plan after the first 14 days, we refund the issues not yet sent, at the monthly rate for your region, rounded down to whole months.

Beyond the first 14 days we do not refund issues that have already been sent.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 days depending on your bank. For anything above, email info@bungumail.club.
