Yes. Global postage is included in both Monthly and Annual plans, so there’s no additional shipping charge for your Mail Club envelope.

Mail Club issues are posted from Tokyo during the first week of each month.

Monthly members are charged on the 15th of the previous month, and that payment covers the envelope sent the following month.

Delivery times vary depending on your country and local postal service.

Mail Club envelopes are sent by regular international post and do not include tracking. We’ll email you as soon as your issue has been posted from Tokyo.

Yes. Both Monthly and Annual plans can be cancelled at any time.

Monthly members won’t be charged again after cancelling and will still receive any envelope they’ve already paid for.

Annual members are refunded for any envelopes that have not yet been sent, calculated at the monthly rate for their region and rounded down to whole months.

Your first envelope is also covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind within 14 days of it arriving, we’ll refund everything you paid, including postage. There’s nothing to send back.

Monthly plans are charged on the 15th of each month. Cancel before the 15th and you won’t be charged for the following month’s envelope.

You can also pause your subscription for a month instead.

No problem. Let us know before the 20th of the month for the new address to apply to your next envelope. 

Changes made after the 20th will apply to the following issue instead.
